AC Milan and Juventus are reportedly both keeping a close eye on Hakim Ziyech's situation at Chelsea.
The 27-year-old only joined the Blues from Ajax during last summer's transfer window but has found it difficult to make his mark for the capital club, contributing just two goals and four assists in 19 appearances.
Ziyech has not featured in any of Chelsea's last three Premier League matches, meanwhile, with the Morocco international struggling for action under the club's new head coach Thomas Tuchel.
According to Calciomercatoweb, both Milan and Juve are closely monitoring the developments surrounding the attacker, with the two Serie A clubs believing that he could be convinced to leave this summer if it becomes clear that he is not in Tuchel's first-team plans.
Ziyech played 69 minutes of Thursday's 1-0 win over Barnsley in the FA Cup but could be back on the bench for Monday's Premier League clash with Newcastle United.
The Moroccan has a contract at Stamford Bridge until the summer of 2025.
