Chelsea have allowed midfielder Lewis Baker to join Sheffield Wednesday on loan for the rest of the season.
The 19-year-old, who signed a five-year contract during the summer, is highly regarded at Stamford Bridge but he has found first-team opportunities hard to come by during the first half of the campaign.
That has resulted in the England Under-20 international, who starred during Chelsea's Under-21 Premier League and FA Youth Cup success last season, making the switch to Hillsborough until May 2.
Baker will be available to make his debut against Nottingham Forest on Saturday afternoon.
