Real Madrid will reportedly refuse to meet Chelsea's asking price for Eden Hazard this summer and will instead ask the Belgium international to force a move to the Bernabeu.
Madrid are expected to splash the cash this summer following a disappointing 2018-19 campaign.
A high-profile attacker is due to arrive in the Spanish capital, with Hazard continually linked with a move away from Chelsea over the last few months.
The 28-year-old will see his deal with the Blues expire in June 2020, but he is enjoying another fine campaign, managing 17 goals and 12 assists in 41 appearances in all competitions.
As a result, Chelsea are believed to value Hazard at £100m, with the Premier League club not prepared to sell the Belgian on the cheap despite his contract situation.
According to the Daily Mail, Los Blancos are not prepared to pay the £100m asking price, meaning that it will be up to the player to force a switch to the Spanish capital.
Hazard has scored 106 goals and registered 87 assists in 341 appearances for Chelsea since joining the London club from Lille in 2012.
