Chelsea midfielder Thorgan Hazard will reportedly join Borussia Monchengladbach on a permanent deal at the end of the season.
The Belgian joined Chelsea alongside his brother Eden Hazard in 2012, but the 21-year-old, unlike his older sibling, has found it difficult to break into the first-team set-up at Stamford Bridge.
Thorgan spent two seasons on loan at Zulte Waregem before joining Gladbach on loan this summer, where his performances have been of a high level.
According to Bild, the German outfit are confident of signing the Belgian international on a permanent deal next summer for around £7m.
