Mohamed Salah's agent has confirmed that the Chelsea striker has held talks with Roma over a possible loan move to the Italian side.
The Egyptian has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge in the current transfer window after failing to secure a regular place in the team under Jose Mourinho.
Agent Oliver Kronenberg told Gazzetta dello Sport: "It's very likely he'll leave Chelsea on loan. I spoke to Roma, but the cost of the operation is very high. He is on big wages at the moment and would like to maintain them. We'll see what happens."
Turkish club Besiktas have also been linked with Salah.
