Chelsea defender John Terry has admitted that he is hopeful of being offered a new deal at Stamford Bridge.
Terry, whose existing contract expires in the summer, has not yet been handed fresh terms over extending his 16-year spell in West London.
The 33-year-old has enjoyed a new lease of life under manager Jose Mourinho this season, having fallen out of favour under former boss Rafael Benitez last season.
After scoring a last-gasp winner in the 1-0 win over Everton on Saturday, the defender told BT Sport: "I certainly hope I can stay. You'll have to ask the club that question - I can't answer for them."
Terry, who made his Blues debut in 1998, has earned 605 appearances for the club - Chelsea's fourth-highest of all time.
