West Ham United are reportedly lining up a move for Chelsea captain John Terry.
The 35-year-old, who announced that he is to depart Stamford Bridge in the summer, is seen as the ideal signing to mark the Hammers' move into the Olympic Stadium, according to the Brentwood Gazette.
The report states that manager Slaven Bilic is keen to add Terry's continental experience to the ranks should West Ham qualify for next season's Europa League.
However, the Blues skipper said recently that he will not play for another Premier League team.
Should Terry depart Chelsea, as is expected, the East London side are set to face competition from the MLS for his signature.
