Wigan Athletic have slapped a £10m price tag on Victor Moses following an offer from Chelsea.
The Latics owner Dave Whelan recently turned down a part-exchange deal from the Blues involving midfielder Josh McEachran, and is holding out for a higher fee.
Whelan said: "Chelsea know the price, we're looking to reach £10m. If that means £8m and some add-ons, that is fine."
Wigan are prepared to accept a straight-cash fee in instalments for the 21-year-old, The Mirror understands.
