Chesterfield have been ordered to replay their FA Cup tie with MK Dons by the Football Association after fielding an ineligible player in the initial fixture.
The Spireites beat fellow League One side MK 1-0 in the second-round tie earlier this month, but shouldn't have named Wolverhampton Wanderers loanee Georg Margreitter in their squad.
The FA charged the club a week ago on the same day that they drew Scunthorpe United or Worcester City in the third round.
It has now been announced that the tie must be replayed at the next available date that suits all parties. There will be no replay, with the game going to a penalty shootout if required.
The FA have not inflicted any other punishment on Chesterfield, saying that a rematch was punishment enough for the Derbyshire side.
