Chesterfield have strengthened their position at the top of the League Two table by beating Bristol Rovers at the B2net Stadium.
Sam Morsy, Oliver Banks and Eoin Doyle found the net for Paul Cook's men, who are now three points clear of second-placed Scunthorpe United.
Midfielder Morsy's first goal for Chesterfield fired the Spireites in front on five minutes. The former Port Vale man slotted home from 10 yards following a neat pass from Doyle.
Chesterfield's lead lasted just over 30 minutes before Lee Brown equalised by netting his first goal of the season, beating goalkeeper Tommy Lee with a brilliant curling effort from just inside the penalty area.
However, Chesterfield were back ahead on 44 minutes when Gary Roberts's low cross from the left was cleverly tucked away by Banks.
The hosts made sure of their third consecutive win early in the second half thanks to another assist from Roberts, who teed up Doyle for his second goal in five days.
