Alexis Sanchez has claimed that Chile have the players to stifle England striker Wayne Rooney ahead of Friday's friendly between the teams.
Rooney is expected to start for the Three Lions when they welcome the South Americans to Wembley Stadium.
However, Sanchez is confident that the Manchester United talisman will be kept quiet by the visiting defence.
"Rooney has power, he is one of the strongest forwards in the world," Sanchez is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News.
"It's going to be marvelous to play against him [but] I think we have the defenders that can stop Rooney."
Chile earned a 2-0 win over England when the sides last met 15 years ago at Wembley Stadium.
