Arturo Vidal has tipped Chile to surprise people when they begin their World Cup campaign.
Despite being drawn in the same group as 2010 finalists Spain and the Netherlands, Vidal believes that Jorge Sampaoli's side have what it takes to reach the latter stages of the tournament.
"I think we could be the surprise of the World Cup," the Juventus midfielder, who recently returned from a knee injury, told reporters.
"Many people who don't know the team expect us to be eliminated at the group phase. However, I believe we can achieve great things at the World Cup."
Chile will also face Australia in Group B.
