Colombia striker James Rodriguez has declared that his side are making history after booking their place in the quarter-finals of the World Cup for the first time.
The Monaco forward found the net twice as his team defeated Uruguay 2-0 to reach the last eight of the competition, but was quick to put the feat down to teamwork.
"It's a historic success," James told Sky Sports News. "Now comes the most difficult moment for us so far [against Brazil], we hope to get past the last eight though.
"The entire team did well, my teammates were all crucial. We created many chances due to the speed and pace of the entire team."
Colombia will take on Brazil in the quarter-finals after the hosts saw off Chile on penalties following a 1-1 draw.
