Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has insisted that his players are ready for the new forthcoming League One season.
The Sky Blues had to leave the Ricoh Arena earlier this summer due to a dispute with the venue's owners, and have agreed to play their home games at Northampton Town's Sixfields Stadium for the next three seasons.
However, Pressley has said that the players have not been affected by the club's off-field problems.
"It is no secret that there have been a number of off-field issues surrounding the club this summer," Pressley told Coventry's official website.
"But the players have always remained very focused and we are exactly where we should be. Their attitude throughout the pre-season has been excellent and I have been delighted with the work.
"We have all worked very hard over the summer to deliver the best possible result going into the new season."
Coventry face Crawley Town on Saturday.
