Crewe Alexandra manager Steve Davis has played down speculation linking him with Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The 47-year-old is among the favourites to succeed Dean Saunders, who was sacked by the Molineux club after their relegation from the Championship.
However, Davis has said that he is focused on preparing Crewe for next season.
"It is flattering to be linked with any job because it is means you have been successful at your respective clubs," he told Crewe's official website.
"You just have to take that speculation in your stride and get on with things and that is what I've done on a few occasions here. I don't tend to react to speculation and it has never been a distraction to me.
"All I'm doing is preparing the Crewe Alexandra squad for next season and have been kept busy talking to players, agents and discussing things. I haven't even thought about the Wolves job or any other. I am just focussed on what needs to be done here in the summer."
Davis guided Crewe to promotion from League Two in 2012 in his first season as manager.
