Croatia boss Slaven Bilic has blasted the racist behaviour of some Croatia fans which has landed their football federation in trouble with UEFA.
The Croats have been charged for alleged racists chants and symbols displayed by their fans during their Group C match against Italy.
UEFA are also investigating reports that a banana was thrown on the pitch, with some independent observers also claiming that Mario Balotelli was racially abused by Croatia fans. Bilic has said that he and his squad are "angry" and labelled the fans "stupid".
"It's very disappointing to hear that some of our supporters have behaved like this," said Bilic.
"I don't like these people; I don't want these people supporting us. We don't want them in the stadium. We are angry with these stupid fans as well. We need to stop them forever.
"I think there is a problem all over Europe and the world.
"But as a Croat, as a parent, as a sportsman who comes from a modern open-minded country, I don't think there is a specific problem in Croatia with racism. We are a tolerant society."
Croatia face Spain in their final group game on Monday night.
