Croatian midfielder Luka Modric has been given a 'big chance' of being fit for his country's World Cup encounter with Cameroon on Wednesday.
The 28-year-old suffered a foot injury during the Croatians' 3-1 defeat to Brazil last week.
Despite not training since he picked up the problem, Modric is expected to line up for his country in Manaus.
"The chances that Luka will play are big, bigger than 90%, but we must be careful, we cannot force him," team doctor Boris Nemec told Index.
Modric has scored eight goals in 76 appearances for the Croatian national team.
