Crystal Palace will reportedly send Jason Puncheon on loan this month after missing the majority of last season due to injury.
The 32-year-old suffered a cruciate ligament damage in the Eagles' Premier League clash against Manchester City in December, forcing him to miss the remainder of the season.
Although Puncheon returned to training in May, he has failed to find a place in the first team and will leave on a temporary deal in order to regain his fitness elsewhere.
According to the Evening Standard, manager Roy Hodgson has given the skipper permission to leave Selhurst Park this month, content with his current first-team options for the 2018-19 season.
Serbia international Luka Milivojevic has taken the Palace armband in Puncheon's absence.
