Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew has revealed that he has enquired over the availability of "three or four players" who he is keen to bring to the club this month.
The Eagles landed Arsenal forward Yaya Sanogo on loan last week, although the new man in charge is looking to further strengthen his options before the transfer window closes.
"I've enquired on three or four players to find out if they're available," he told reporters.
Asked about the future of Manchester United loanee Wilfried Zaha, who has recently been linked with a permanent move back to Selhurst Park, Pardew added: "He's a player that needs to get his career on the move again. He's had a decent couple of games and made an impact.
"Wilf has got the ability but you need the strength, power and mental strength to be a Premier League player."
Palace travel to face Southampton in the FA Cup this weekend.
