Cardiff City central defender Steven Caulker has reportedly decided to move to Crystal Palace this summer.
Caulker has been repeatedly linked with a move to Queens Park Rangers since Cardiff's relegation to the Championship, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer insisting that he was free to join the London club.
However, Palace are believed to have joined the race to sign the 22-year-old recently with an offer of £8m for the former Tottenham Hotspur defender.
According to The Mirror, Tony Pulis held talks with Caulker to persuade him to make the switch to Selhurst Park, and he will reportedly earn £42k a week when the deal is confirmed.
The wage package on the table from Palace is believed to be higher than QPR's offer.
