The Czech Republic and Turkey have made four and three changes respectively ahead of their final Euro 2016 Group D clash in Lens.
Striker Tomas Necid starts as one of four changes by Pavel Vrba from his side's 2-2 draw against Croatia.
Daniel Pudil, David Pavelka and Borek Dockal also come into the side, with David Lafata, Jiri Skalak, David Libersky and Tomas Rosicky dropping out.
Turkey, meanwhile, make three changes from their 3-0 defeat at the hands of Spain last week, with Volkan Sen, Emre Mor and Ismail Koybasi starting tonight.
The three players to make way for Fatih Terim's side are Hakan Calhanoglu, Oguzhan Ozyakup and Caner Erkin.
Despite their two losses in the group stage, Turkey can still qualify for the knockout round this evening.
