Dallas coach Oscar Pareja has praised his young side after their comfortable 3-0 away win at Columbus Crew.
Goals from Atiba Harris, Michael Barrios and David Texeira secured the three points for the visitors, who bounced back from their defeat to Vancouver Whitecaps last week.
Pareja says that he was pleased with his side's intelligent play and their ability to show patience when creating opportunities.
"Our group did a perfect game today," Pareja is quoted as saying by mlssoccer.com.
"And the small things we asked them to do – first to hold their urgency and their initiative to penetrate and have possession, and be patient to take advantage of our options to score.
"Today just made us look that we can take this team for real. This is a young group of guys that are playing well."
Dallas next face New York City FC in the MLS on Saturday.
