Brek Shea scores a late winner to secure a 2-1 victory for FC Dallas against the Montreal Impact.
The first half started in a fairly even fashion and both sides found their opponent's defences difficult to break down.
Blas Perez had Dallas' best chance of the half but his powerful header was tipped round the post by Donovan Ricketts.
In the closing stages of the first period Dallas tested Ricketts once again as Fabian Castillo's strike was blocked well by the goalkeeper.
Montreal started to take control of the match in the second half and their long spells of possession soon brought the first goal of the game in the 61st minute.
Davy Arnaud forced his way into the area before being fouled and Bernado Corradi was on hand to convert the penalty.
Montreal's lead lasted 19 minutes as Dallas produced a well-worked free kick which was eventually finished by Perez from close range.
Dallas completed the dramatic comeback in the 88th minute as Brek Shea produced a powerful finish into the roof of the net following good work from Castillo.
