Derby County captain Richard Keogh has said that the past week has been a good learning curve for the team following back-to-back defeats.
The Rams followed up their 2-1 reversal to Wigan Athletic by losing at Brentford on Saturday by the same scoreline.
Keogh believes that Steve McClaren's side will return to form in their next two home games against Huddersfield Town and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
"We learned a bit about ourselves as a group that we need to hit them standards a little bit higher – especially when we hit the top of the league," he told Derby's official website.
"It's been a good learning curve for everyone, but we will come back stronger and we have got a good group, a good squad. I'm looking forward to the upcoming two home games and we will be aiming to get good results."
Derby host Huddersfield on Tuesday evening before playing Wolves on Saturday.
