League One side Stevenage have beaten Doncaster Rovers 3-2 in today's FA Cup third-round game at the Keepmoat Stadium.
Second-half goals from Francois Zoko, Peter Hartley and Darius Charles knocked Championship outfit Rovers out of this year's competition. Harry Forrester and Liam Wakefield scored for the home side.
Boro were on the front foot from the start, Michael Doughty and Zoko marauding into the opposition half in the first few minutes.
On the 15-minute mark, Nuno Morais then fired wide following some good work from Zoko.
The Boro pressure continued, and on the half-hour mark, Ben Chorley had to be at his best to head away a dangerous David Cotterill ball.
Just five minutes later, Stevenage had another great chance, David Freeman's shot being well saved by Ross Turnbull.
Boro took the lead just after the start of the second half, Zoko slotting the ball into the net after being one-on-one with the Rovers keeper.
The away side then doubled the lead courtesy of Hartley, whose powerful header beat Turnbull.
Doncaster pulled one back in the 72nd minute, as Forrester struck from 20 yards.
Stevenage thought they were home and dry following Charles' goal, the Boro player scoring following a swift counter-attack, but an injury time goal by Wakefield made things tense for the away side.
