Doncaster Rovers were denied all three points by a late Tyrone Barnett header at the Keepmoat this afternoon.
The home side perhaps edged a relatively uneventful first period before Giles Barnes made the breakthrough seconds before the interval.
El-Hadji Diouf, who almost all of Donny's play was going through, crossed and Barnes rose highest to nod past Paul Jones.
Kyle Bennett could have doubled Rovers' lead two minutes into the second 45 but his shot was parried by Jones.
A win for the Yorkshire club would have taken them off the bottom of the table but Barnett got his head to Mark Little's centre to snatch a point for the visitors.
Donny remain bottom, six points from safety while Darren Ferguson's Posh remain 18th despite the point.
