Falkirk clinched their fourth victory in succession by winning 3-0 away at Dumbarton in the Scottish Championship.
The visitors got the breakthrough after just 11 minutes when Rory Loy beat the offside trap to latch onto a through ball and calmly finished past the goalkeeper.
Minutes later, Will Vaulks almost doubled Falkirk's lead, but his shot was cleared off the line by Mitchel Megginson, and the midfielder had another effort from distance beaten away soon after.
Craig Sibbald and Blair Alston also went close in a dominant opening period for Falkirk.
In the second half, Dumbarton went close to an equaliser through Scott Taggart, but his shot was deflected wide and the hosts failed to create too many more clear chances.
Falkirk killed the game off with 10 minutes left as Loy played Alston through on goal for him to poke the ball past the keeper, and Sibbald finished off a fine team move by smashing past Danny Rogers in the Dumbarton goal just three minutes later.
