Bayer Leverkusen Winger Karim Bellarabi has rejoined his former side Eintracht Braunschweig on loan, the club have confirmed.
Leverkusen's director of football Rudi Voller said that, after two seasons plagued with injury, it is important for Bellarbi's progress that he plays regular first-team football.
"Karim Bellarabi is an extremely talented player, who's already shown us exactly what he's capable of," Bundesliga.com quotes Voller as saying.
"After all the injuries, he now needs to play, which at the moment he'll have a better chance of doing at Braunschweig. We're in no doubt that we'll get plenty more out of Karim when he returns."
Bellarbi originally joined Bayer from Braunschweig in 2011.
