Joe Hart has paid tribute to England's supporters after the Three Lions defeated Euro 2012 co-hosts Ukraine in Donetsk this evening.
Wayne Rooney headed home the only goal of the game three minutes into the second half, as Roy Hodgson's side secured the win that saw them top Group D.
Speaking to BBC Radio 5 live, the Manchester City goalkeeper said: "It was never going to be easy but I can still hear the England fans, they have been absolutely unreal tonight.
"We've won the group and have a big game against Italy now. We've got to go there believing in ourselves. There's no point in playing them if we don't think we can beat them and move forward in this competition."
