England striker Wayne Rooney has praised his side's ability to break down Estonia after the Three Lions recorded a 1-0 win in this afternoon's Euro 2016 Group E qualifier in Tallinn.
The Manchester United forward converted a free kick in the second half to ensure that Roy Hodgson's side secured maximum points from their three qualifying games so far.
Rooney told BBC Sport after the game: "We knew that's how the game would go. We know they are tough games with men behind the ball and it's tough to break them down.
"It's a good win. For the goal, it was close in so I was focusing on getting it over the wall. We are playing well, the pleasing thing is that we have a young team and we hung in there."
England currently top Group E.
