With England set to face San Marino in their European Championship qualifier on Saturday evening, most of the talk has been about how many goals Roy Hodgson's side will score.
Although a big win is expected, it would be some ask for the Three Lions to match their record 13-0 victory over Ireland that occurred 133 years ago.
Here, Sports Mole takes a look at some of the nation's biggest wins away from Wembley in recent years.
1. San Marino 0-8 England, March 2013
On the last occasion that England visited San Marino, Hodgson's side cruised to their biggest victory in nearly 28 years. From the moment that Alessandro Della Valle put through his own net it was one-way traffic, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Jermain Defoe, Ashley Young and Frank Lampard all netted before the interval.
In the second half Wayne Rooney, Daniel Sturridge and Defoe added to the scoreline to complete a routine win for the Three Lions against their opponents. England would go on to win three of their next five games to top the group and book their place at the 2014 World Cup, but an early exit followed after they failed to win any of their matches in Brazil.
2. Germany 1-5 England, September 2001
Perhaps the most famous victory for England aside from their World Cup triumph is their five-star showing in Munich over the Germans. The two teams had been drawn together in the same qualifying group for the 2002 World Cup and by the time they played at the Olympiastadion, Germany were already six points clear of the Three Lions.
A win for Rudi Voller's side would have secured their place in the tournament and they made the perfect start when Carsten Jancker found the net inside the opening five minutes. However, Michael Owen quickly equalised and Steven Gerrard fired England into the lead on the stroke of half time. Owen completed his hat-trick in the second half and Emile Heskey added a fifth as Sven-Goran Eriksson's men secured a memorable win. They eventually pipped the Germans to an automatic place at the World Cup, thanks to David Beckham's last-minute free kick against Greece in their final group match.
3. Turkey 0-8 England, November 1984
San Marino were not the only team to concede eight goals against the Three Lions, as Turkey suffered the same fate when the teams met in qualifying for the 1986 World Cup. A double in the first half from Bryan Robson and a goal from Tony Woodcock gave England a three-goal lead at the break in Istanbul.
England kept up the pressure following the restart and John Barnes grabbed a quick-fire double before Robson completed his hat-trick. Woodcock then scored his second of the match, before Viv Anderson wrapped up the scoring late on. It was not the only big victory for the Three Lions against Turkey, as three years later they won by the same scoreline in a European Championship qualifier at Wembley, with Gary Lineker helping himself to a hat-trick.
4. San Marino 1-7 England, November 1993
Having already beaten San Marino 6-0 in the first meeting between the teams in February 1993, England were expected to record another thumping victory over their opponents in World Cup qualifying when they played in Bologna nine months later. However, the visitors were stunned after just 8.3 seconds, as Davide Gualtieri latched on to a poor back-pass from Stuart Pearce and slotted past David Seaman.
The microstate's lead lasted 20 minutes before Ian Wright levelled the scores. Three more goals for Wright, a brace from Paul Ince and a sole effort from Les Ferdinand ensured a comfortable win for England, but their qualifying campaign ended in disappointment, as Norway and the Netherlands pipped them to a spot at the 1994 World Cup in the USA.
