Former England manager Graham Taylor has praised the national team's midfield following the 2-1 friendly win over Brazil.
The ex-Aston Villa boss claimed that the trio of Steven Gerrard, Jack Wilshere and Tom Cleverley are among the best in the world in the wake of the game.
"Over the years, you have to be strong in midfield. The three that started the game - Steven Gerrard, Jack Wilshere and Tom Cleverley - are as strong as I have seen in the modern day," he told BBC Sport.
"They need to get experience playing together in subsequent games."
Wayne Rooney and Frank Lampard were both on target during the Wembley Stadium showdown, with Fred netting Brazil's reply.
