Raheem Sterling, Leon Osman and Steven Caulker will win their maiden England caps against Sweden on Wednesday, Roy Hodgson has revealed after naming his starting XI for the Stockholm clash.
Liverpool winger Sterling has impressed in a struggling Reds side this campaign and has been rewarded with a berth on the left flank. Manchester United duo Danny Welbeck and Ashley Young complete the forward line.
Everton stalwart Osman, 31, will play in a three-man midfield alongside Tom Cleverley and captain Steven Gerrard, who will make his 100th Three Lions appearance.
Tottenham Hotspur's Caulker completes the trio of debutants and will partner Gary Cahill in the centre of defence, while Leighton Baines will stand in for the injured Ashley Cole at left-back.
