England midfielder Dele Alli will not train with his teammates on Thursday due to a minor thigh strain.
The 22-year-old picked up the injury during the first half of the Three Lions' 2-1 win against Tunisia in their opening World Cup match on Monday evening.
Alli will now spend time recovering ahead of Sunday's showdown with Panama, but Gareth Southgate is not expected to risk the Tottenham Hotspur ace.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek, a second-half sub against Tunisia, has been tipped as a possible replacement for Alli in attacking midfield as England attempt to make it two wins from two.
All 22 other members of the squad will train on Thursday, meanwhile, in what will be England's first full session since beating the Eagles of Carthage.
