England goalkeeper Joe Hart has revealed that he is fully prepared to face Uruguay on Thursday evening.
The 27-year-old will keep goal against Edinson Cavani and also potentially Liverpool frontman Luis Suarez, who has declared himself fit for the encounter following recent knee surgery.
However, despite the quality that those two strikers possess, Hart has insisted that he has studied their finishing traits.
"Dave (Watson, goalkeeping coach) studies the tapes of Uruguay and we are well aware of their strikers and their pattern of finishing," Hart told the FA's website.
"We cover things in general, but we specify short, sharp shots as they have got a lot of boys who get it out of their feet and bang it. We obviously have fundamentals we like to cover. A lot of basics, a lot of handling and feet movement which you need in any kind of game."
The match against the Uruguayans will see Hart earn his 43rd senior international cap.
