England midfielder Jordan Henderson has insisted that he and his teammates will play without fear when they get their World Cup campaign underway in Brazil this weekend.
The Three Lions will take on Italy in Manaus on Saturday, and Henderson has been tipped to start for manager Roy Hodgson in the Group D clash.
"It doesn't get much bigger than the World Cup," the Daily Star quotes Henderson as saying. "You're playing against the best players but I feel as though everyone is ready for that, I am ready for that and we'll just have a right go.
"We have got no fear in the team, we're very high in confidence so, like I say, I feel we have some brilliant players. We're a good team so there's no reason why we can't do that."
England, who secured one victory and two draws in their warm-up friendlies, touched down in Rio de Janeiro yesterday.
