England boss Roy Hodgson has insisted that he has no concerns over the temperament of Wayne Rooney ahead of the World Cup qualification clash with Montenegro on Tuesday.
The Manchester United striker was sent off in England's last visit to the country, but Hodgson has branded Rooney's recent disciplinary record "outstanding".
"Wayne's disciplinary record since then has been outstanding. We always do talk about discipline, it comes up quite often. I do trust the players and I won't be making a particular point of it," he told reporters at a press conference.
"I'm aware of the importance of all qualifying games, we intend to win. We're in good spirits, our form is good. We are here to play and I think we'll play well."
Montenegro currently top Group H with 13 points.
