San Marino striker Andy Selva has admitted that playing against England at Wembley in tomorrow's World Cup qualifier is a dream come true.
The veteran forward, who has played for Padova and Verona in Italy, said that scoring against the Three Lions would be the greatest moment in the team's history.
"England is a super team and we are amateurs. The difference makes it nearly impossible between the squad. But we still go to London with an enormous dream and to avoid ridicule at Wembley," The Mirror quotes Selva as saying.
"To play at Wembley would be a dream and to score would be an impossible emotion to explain and if I score this week then it would be the most important goal of my career and best moment for San Marino.
"Our challenge is to improve in each game and to learn with each hard defeat and that is the nature of playing for San Marino and how our life has been in football."
San Marino, who are currently joint-bottom of FIFA's world rankings, infamously scored against England in just 8.3 seconds in a 1993 clash they went on to lose 7-1.
