Arouna Kone is in line to play for Everton for the first time in 13 months after being named on the bench for tonight's Europa League group clash against Wolfsburg in Germany.
The striker has returned to Roberto Martinez's team after suffering a serious knee injury in October last year.
However, he will not be thrown into the action instantly as Romelu Lukaku and Samuel Eto'o start up front for the Merseyside outfit.
Martinez has opted to place 21-year-old Luke Garbutt in defence alongside Sylvain Distin, while Muhamed Besic has also been given the nod.
James McCarthy and Aiden McGeady also start for the Toffees, while Kevin Mirallas has been handed a starting place after recently returning from injury.
For Wolfsburg, Kevin de Bruyne and Nicklas Bendtner have been included in the German club's starting side.
