Sports Mole looks ahead to the FA Cup clash between Premier League rivals Everton and West Ham United at Goodison Park.

The third round of the FA Cup will conclude on Tuesday evening with an all-Premier League tie at Goodison Park between Everton and West Ham United.

For the hosting Toffees, the cup could prove to be a welcome distraction from some torrid Premier League form that has seen them lose five of their last six outings.

It has been suggested that Roberto Martinez may recall Romelu Lukaku and Samuel Eto'o up front, but Antolin Alcaraz will not feature because he is suspended.

Fellow centre-back John Stones is also sidelined with an ankle complaint, while goalkeeper Tim Howard still has a calf problem and, as a result, Joel Robles will continue to deputise between the posts.

As for West Ham, they have lost the services of leading goalscorer Diafra Sakho and midfielder Cheikhou Kouyate to the Africa Cup of Nations, but on a more positive note Matt Jarvis is pushing for inclusion following an injury layoff.

While Everton's recent form may have been poor, they can at least boast a positive record over their East London opponents. Martinez's men have won the last five encounters between the two sides, including a 2-1 victory back in November.

The Hammers have not beaten Everton since April 2007, with their last victory at Goodison Park dating back to December 2005 when Bobby Zamora scored the winning goal.
