Everton forward Dominic Calvert-Lewin has suffered another injury setback after dislocating his shoulder.
The 25-year-old missed the opening eight games of the Premier League season through injury before he returned to action as a substitute in a defeat to Manchester United in September.
Calvert-Lewin has started the last four league games, and his first goal of the season arrived in a 3-0 win over Crystal Palace.
However, the forward looks set for another spell on the sidelines after suffering a recurrence of a shoulder injurythat he sustained against Newcastle United in October.
He also aggravated the issue in the league meeting with Fulham, but after dislocating his shoulder against Leicester City last weekend, he will now be assessed by a specialist in the next 24 hours.
The latest injury blow ended any slim hopes of being included in Gareth Southgate's England squad, while Everton will hope to have Calvert-Lewin back for when the Premier League resumes after the World Cup break. body check tags ::
