Araujo Ilan opened the scoring for the visitors in the 32nd minute, and that was enough to send Frederic Hantz's men into half time leading.
However, Daniel Wass restored parity for the home side in the 62nd minute, before scoring once again to establish a 2-1 lead five minutes later.
The Corsican side were left stunned and unable to mount a comeback before the final whistle.
