Steve McClaren's FC Twente will open up their Europa League campaign against Hannover tomorrow evening.
It will be the first time that these two times have met and Hannover's first ever match against Dutch opposition at European level.
History will be in Twente's favour, as they have are unbeaten in their last four outings at home against German clubs. What's more, they haven't been defeated at home in their last 11 outings in Europe.
Hannover are in good form though and head into this encounter with four wins under their belts this season. They've also scored 15 goals in the process.
Another negative factor for hosting Twente is the fact that they will be without Leroy Fer, who is suffering from a knee injury. The striker netted six goals during the qualifying rounds of the tournament.
