Swedish midfielder Rasmus Elm will turn down Fiorentina in favour of a move to Russian Premier League side CSKA Moscow, according to his agent Patrick Mork.
Elm had been strongly linked this summer with a move to Fiorentina, but his agent has now said that the 24-year-old is poised to become a CSKA player.
"Rasmus is now in Munich undergoing a medical and next Sunday he will travel to Moscow to sign a deal with CSKA," Mork told tuttomercatoweb.com.
"Florence is a beautiful city and they are a good team, but the two clubs were not able to reach an agreement."
Elm signed for current club AZ Alkmaar in 2009.
