France manager Didier Deschamps has expressed his eagerness to get stuck into Germany in the Euro 2016 semi-finals.
Les Bleus thrashed Iceland 5-2 at the Stade de France on Sunday night to book a date with the world champions in Marseille on Thursday.
Deschamps told BBC Sport after the game in Paris: "Germany are the best side, there's no doubt about that - although they had a few scares against Italy. We're going to really go for it against the best side in the world.
"I'm delighted every time my team win. It's never easy. We did what we needed to in the first half. We relaxed a little bit and made some substitutions, that doesn't help things."
France were knocked out of the 2014 World Cup quarter-finals by Germany as Joachim Low's side swept to their fourth title in Brazil.
