Freiburg have completed a move for goalkeeper Roman Burki from Swiss side Grasshopper Zurich.
The 23-year-old has been included in Switzerland's squad for this summer's World Cup in Brazil.
The length of Burki's deal with the Bundesliga club has not been disclosed.
"This to me is a further step in my career and I am looking forward to my time in Freiburg," the shot-stopper told the club's official website.
Burki began his professional career with Young Boys in 2009 before joining Grasshoppers last year.
