Fulham boss Martin Jol has reportedly fined one of his players £500 for missing a spot-kick.
The Craven Cottage manager handed the fine to Swiss midfielder Pajtim Kasami after he missed a penalty during a Carling Cup clash with Chelsea last month, according to The Sun.
Orlando Sa was the designated taker for the kick in question, but Kasami stepped up and missed his shot, with Chelsea going on to win the game on penalties.
The Sun also reports that Jol has clamped down on discipline in the dressing room, with financial punishment for lateness and backchat.
Jol took the reins at Fulham in June this year after leaving Ajax in December 2010.
