Watford are on course to end their four-game losing run in the Championship after taking a 3-0 half-time lead against 10-man Fulham this evening.
The visitors took the lead in the 15th minute when Almen Abdi fired in a low free kick from the edge of the box that found the bottom corner.
It got worse for the hosts five minutes later, as goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli gave away a penalty and was shown a straight red card for bringing down Matej Vydra inside the box.
Gabor Kiraly came on to take his place between the sticks, but he could do nothing to stop Troy Deeney from converting from the spot to give Watford a two-goal lead.
Fulham found themselves further behind in the 37th minute when Deeney raced onto Gianni Munari's header and poked an effort past the keeper to leave the Hornets firmly in control.
