Fulham have reportedly made a £4.5m bid for FC Twente defender Douglas.
The 24-year-old Dutchman has also been the subject of interest from Newcastle United but is thought to favour a move to Craven Cottage.
The Brazil-born defender is now willing to leave Steve McClaren's side after his five-year tenure at the club has ensured that he can qualify to play for the Netherlands' national team.
Douglas will reach that stage next week and consequently pave the way for a move to London.
Douglas has played over 100 times for FC Twente.
