New Fulham head coach Rene Meulensteen has reportedly recommended Manchester United midfielder Anderson as a potential loan signing to manager Martin Jol.
The Brazilian has only made five appearances for the Red Devils this season, with Marouane Fellaini's summer arrival pushing him further down the Old Trafford pecking order.
Former United coach Meulensteen, who was appointed to work alongside Jol last week, is a big fan of the 25-year-old and has suggested making a loan approach for him in January, according to the Manchester Evening News.
A report earlier this month claimed that the Premier League champions had already offered Anderson to clubs around Europe, and that he is happy to leave on a temporary basis in order to stake his claim for a place in Brazil's 2014 World Cup squad.
The Cottagers are currently in the relegation zone, having lost their last three top-flight matches.
